As of 9am Monday March 16th, both NLPT Cambridge and NLPT Stratford are closing until further notice.

This difficult decision was made as new information came to light and we feel we have a responsibility to do our part in mitigating the risk of further community spread.

We are going to reassess the landscape and messaging from public health on Saturday March 21 and make a decision/statement for the week of March 23 then.

In the mean time, we have created password protected online programming pages for both our NLPT Athlete and NLPT Fit programs.

New programs will be uploaded daily and YouTube videos will be provided via our YouTube page.
