With over seven years of experience in the strength and conditioning industry, Jordan Lenko is a dedicated professional committed to helping athletes reach their full potential. As the owner of Next Level Performance Training, Jordan specializes in athletic development, tailoring training programs to meet the unique needs of each individual while aligning with the specific demands of their sport.
Jordan’s expertise has been shaped by his work at esteemed institutions such as the University of Waterloo and Conestoga College, where he played a key role in developing athletes across various disciplines. Holding a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Waterloo, he combines evidence-based training methodologies with a personalized coaching approach to optimize performance, enhance resilience, and reduce injury risk.

Michelle Miguel
B.Sc. RMT - Director of Therapy
Michelle graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and later completed the Massage Therapy Program at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. She has been with NLPT, behind the scenes, since its beginning in 2008 and started NLPT Massage Therapy in 2011.
Michelle believes in providing a holistic and well-rounded treatment approach. For the past 5 years, Michelle has strived to achieve experience in many different fields of massage therapy, which includes attending courses, volunteering at various sport events and staying current with the latest research. She has worked in both clinic and sport settings, finding a passion in sport specific massage therapy and its applicability towards the general public. She has a multitude of experience working with athletic injuries as well as helping maintain the soft tissue health of athletes in various sports such as baseball, hockey, soccer, cheerleading, downhill skiing and more.
Michael Millar
Strength & Conditioning Coach
Originally from Hamilton, Michael is completing his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at the
University of Waterloo, where he was first introduced to the coaching side of athletics. Michael has been a strength and conditioning coach for the past 3 years gaining experience working with the University of Waterloo varsity teams, OUA football combine participants, and competitive youth soccer athletes. Since becoming a Strength & Conditioning coach, Michael has found a new perspective on how to become strong, healthy, and athletic.
Michael’s athletic background is heavily in soccer. While playing for club and academy teams in the GTA, he was given the chance to travel overseas to train and play against professional teams in Italy, Portugal, and Spain where he got a firsthand idea of what it takes to bring your athletic abilities to the highest level possible. During his time as an elite athlete, Michael had the opportunity to play and train for some great leaders and coaches such as: Dwayne DeRosario and Alex Bunbury who are two Canadian Soccer Hall of Fame legends.
Phoenix Stone
Strength & Conditioning Coach
Phoenix is a 4th year Kinesiology student at the University of Waterloo who has coached collegiate and professional athletes over the past 3 years. Within the Univeristy of Waterloo athletics department Phoenix is a Lead Student Strength Coach for the Varsity Soccer and Hockey teams. He brings a ton of insight and great coaching from working with various age and skill ranges of athletes.
Phoenix is a Certified personal trainer through NASM and first aid/CPR certified through Red Cross of Canada. Outside of coaching, Phoenix enjoys all things sports and fitness related with a wide variety in taste of music!
Olivia Fernandes
Strength & Conditioning Coach
Olivia is a Kinesiology co-op student at the University of Waterloo, graduating in 2027. With three years experience in Strength & Conditioning, Olivia has spent the past two working with professional basketball athletes in the Basketball Super League and NBA G League. Olivia brings an abundance of knowledge through volunteering and connecting with well-respected Strength Coaches such as the Raptors S&C coach John Lee, Raptors 905 S&C coach Kris Robertson, and performance coach Shea Pierre.
Olivia is a NASM-certified Personal Trainer with a CPR certification and a strong athletic background. While playing soccer for 14 years at a competitive level with Cambridge United, she is passionate about athletic performance and injury prevention, dedicated to helping athletes get stronger, move more efficiently, and reach their full potential!
