Her goal is to optimize your training so you can feel confident in your workouts, enhance the quality of your activities of daily life, and provide the tools you need for your long-term health and wellness.
With adult training programs built for your unique goals and interests, you will be on track to reaching your fitness and lifestyle goals. Choose between private or small group training sessions with a variety of options to suit your availability.
Included in your program is a free 15-minute one-on-one meeting each month. Start by completing a short questionnaire indicating your availability and training preferences.
Private Training (one-on-one)
Perfect your form and get the most out of your workouts with private training. Programs are individually tailored to your fitness interests and goals.
Small Group Training
Small group training is perfect for you if you want to be part of a fitness community, feel motivated by others, and work toward your fitness goals with others. Programs are comprehensive and flexible. During group sessions, the focus will be on whole body strength and cardio training. Options in exercises are provided in order to tailor your workout to suit your fitness level.
Sign up for a minimum of one month of small group training, which includes 45-minute sessions on two or three days per week. Groups consist of no more than 6 individuals per session.
