Sydney graduated from the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2022. Sydney is trained in traditional Swedish massage, and also utilizes cupping, myofascial and rhythmic techniques to reach both deep and superficial tissues. Sydney has worked in both spa, clinical, and gym environments to offer therapeutic, relaxation and sports massage experiences.

Sydney is also a University of Waterloo graduate, graduating first in 2019 from the Kinesiology program at UW with Honours, with a focus in Rehabilitative Sciences, and again in 2020, with a Masters of Science in Kinesiology in August. As part of the Master’s program, she interned with the UW varsity athletes, as well as, NLPT in the summer of 2020 to gain more experience working with higher level athletes and youth.

In her free time, Sydney enjoys Muay Thai, horseback riding, and running.
