Two words that are thrown around way to casually in our minds. When we think of events or athletes that truly subscribe to “High Performance Habits and Tactics” we think of F1 Racing, Downhill Skiing, Professional Sport, etc. High Performance in our minds truly means the assessing, designing, implementation, monitoring and reassessing of key metrics that directly influence something or somebodies ability to perform.

With that being said, our version of the High Performance Program (whether you are a hockey player or not) is a subscription to a lifestyle. A consistent methodology of preparation, training and regeneration that optimizes performance and resiliency.

The High Performance Program is built out depending on your time period of commitment. Whether you have an 8, 12, 16 or 24 week off season, this comprehensive program provides the necessary approaches to periodization and programming needed to optimize performance and readiness heading into your competitive season.

For the last 12 years, we have worked with some of the top hockey players/athletes this region has generated. We say that not to brag, but more to reinforce the notion that our model of development carries lasting impactful effects in the life of our athletes.

How a typical HP2020 Off Season will pan out

Step 1: Schedule assessment with one of our Registered Physiotherapists and meeting with strength/performance coach ($85 assessment fee with Physiotherapist applies)

Step 2: Begin training process after program is designed.

Training times from April-June are after school (3-630pm (Monday-Friday); 830-930pm (Monday-Thursday); 9-11am (Saturdays)) for most athletes 15-18 years old and then we offer day time training sessions (1030, 1pm + normal training hours) during the summer months.

Training times for our professional/major junior/collegiate athletes is 830am or during the times with younger athletes.

Step 3: Continued assessment and reevalution/education

Step 4: Demonstrate the behaviours necessary for high performance the other 22.5 hours your not in the gym

Step 5: Maintain focus and intent during the season

$80 Initial athlete intake and program set up for applies

$349 + HST per month of participation (for athletes training multiple months pre authorized credit card agreements can be made or program can be paid in full)

***No refunds or prorated costing available for missed weeks. We ask our athletes to commit to a set term.
