What is the NLPT Fit 30 Day Challenge?
The NLPT 30 Day Challenge is the 4th iteration of our Adult Fitness Challenge Series that has evolved over the past 6 years.
The overarching objective of the challenges held here at NLPT are to instil, practice and expand foundational processes of fitness and nutrition, all the while working on a program that is designed to address your specific goals. Our program is not based on “how much weight you lose”, or “best transformation”, instead we acknowledge and reward those who demonstrate a commitment and development of healthy core behaviors. The reason why we champion consistency is because the behaviours and skills you learn are an investment in your longevity and vitality, while still having impact on your short term objectives. Whether you are looking to get to a healthier weight, get stronger or tackle a physical challenge that you want to accomplish, the NLPT 30 Day Challenge is the “Push” that will help you get there.
Program Overview and Point System
The NLPT 30 Day Challenge sees our participants accumulate points for successfully completing both a specific set of nutritional habits (insert what they are) and daily fitness challenges (on top of your program) during the 30 days. Our “Fitters” are put into teams of 4 (or you can form you own team of 4) and the team with the largest total # of points at the end wins!
Here is what’s cool. We ask all participants to put $20 into a prize pool, however at the end of the 30 days, the winning team gets to decide what charity all the winnings go to!
This past 30 Day challenge saw over $700 towards local charities in both Cambridge and Stratford.
