team/opdl training and intake procedures
intake
1) Please do not show up more then 10 min before scheduled training session. Please do your best to be dropped off on side of road to avoid congestion in parking lot.
2) Please come changed and with a large water bottle as indoor filling stations are not available. Please do not bring any extra bags or equipment.
3) Line up at intake station at the front of the training centre (outdoors) on marked x lines that are physically distanced.
4) One you pass your COVID screening questions you’ll be directed to an assigned training pod for part 1 of the session (Mobility and Power) located along the western side of the building.
5) Remain in your outlined training pod at all times and a coach will be there to instruct you on next steps. There will be a mat and any other items required for this portion of the protocol already at the station.
While Training
1) Have fun…all of this has been heavy. We are going to do our best to have a great time although we are socially distanced.
2) Stay dialed in. It is you vs. gravity/band/weight. Lets get after it.
3) Details matter
Transitioning to Next Station
1) Wipe down all surfaces used with provided spray/towel or wipes
2) Move to strength/energy system training area in the same pod # you were in for portion 1. Strength/ESD will be located on the grassy area of the south parking area at NLPT (behind the building)
3) A NLPT staff will double back and make sure all surfaces are cleaned before next group comes in.
Finishing Session
1) Wipe down all surfaces with provided cleaning product.
2) Coach will walk you around the eastern side of the building for pick up road side.
3) Coach/NLPT staff will double back and mop mats and clean equipment again before next group.
